Continuum Company Unveils Continuum 2.0 – Continuum Club & Residences In North Bay Village
National real estate development firm Continuum Company, in partnership with Aksoy Holdings, the Turkish developer behind The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum, has unveiled the Continuum Club & Residences. This new luxury bayfront condominium is in Miami’s North Bay Village and is set to rise at 1755 79th Street Causeway. The project marks the introduction of Continuum 2.0 – the second-ever Continuum branded residence. It is the latest addition to the Miami portfolio of visionary developer Ian Bruce Eichner, recognized in South Florida for his influential role in developing the iconic Continuum South Beach and transforming the South of Fifth neighborhood.
Miami-based developer Shoma Group has unveiled new renderings of Shoma Bay, a 24-story mixed-use building planned at 1850 79th Street Causeway (John F. Kennedy Causeway) in the waterfront community of North Bay Village. Designed by MSA Architects with interiors by Adriana Hoyos, the development will comprise 333 residential units, a 35,037-square-foot Publix, and 6,325 square feet of retail space, which includes a rooftop lounge and Shoma Bazaar food hall. The pedestrian-friendly destination is located at 79th Street Causeway and East Treasure Drive, near all major highways, shops, and dining options.
The updated tower design, which blends design blends classic art-deco and contemporary architecture, represents a slight departure from the original design, with only a few changes enhancing the building’s appearance. The once-sharp corners have been rounded, giving the building a softer, more modern look, and a warmer, more neutral color palette is featured. Moreover, the parking garage has been updated to feature a less sophisticated exterior, replacing the abstract style of screening with a more traditional form of louvered screens.
The Jesta Group is developing a project on a 2.3-acre site at 1819-1855 79th Street, where a 30-story tower designed by Kobi Karp will replace the existing Best Western hotel. This development will include 273 hotel rooms and 345 apartments, along with amenities such as meeting spaces, restaurants, and parking facilities. The project aims to blend residential and hospitality elements for the North Bay Village community.
S2 Development is making strides with a 22-story luxury residential tower named Marina View. In 2022, it acquired a 1.04-acre waterfront site at 7913 to 7915 West Drive for $5.5 million. S2 NBV LLC, an affiliate of the developer, aims to leverage the location’s prime marina adjacency. The proposed 328,277-square-foot building is set to offer 94 residential units, with sizes ranging from 1,720 to 3,007 square feet, encompassing 60 two-bedroom and 34 three-bedroom homes.

Riviera Horizons and Pagani are developing the world’s first Pagani Residences at 7940 West Drive. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International, with interiors curated by Pagani Arte, this boutique luxury residential building will feature 70 all-corner residences, a 240-foot waterfront boardwalk, private boat slips, and entertainment spaces.
